About Delfone

The company

Delfone is a one-stop supplier of high-end home products — and, unusually, the manufacturer of everything it supplies.

We started in 1995 making doors and windows. In 2004 we moved into ceramics and built a tile brand of our own. In 2020 we added whole-house cabinetry. Three product lines, three factories, all of them ours.

That history is the whole argument. Nearly thirty years of manufacturing means we can cut the trading companies and agents out of the chain entirely — you deal with the people who run the machines, from development through production to the container.

It also means the three lines are specified together. The stone, the cabinet finish and the window frame are chosen against each other rather than ordered from three strangers who have never spoken.

What we make

Three lines, three factories, one container.

Everything below is made by us. Nothing is bought in and relabelled, which is why we can answer a technical question without going away to ask someone.

Why buy this way

Everything from one source. Nothing to chase.

Most interiors are assembled from three suppliers who have never spoken to each other, each of them a step removed from whoever actually made the goods.

01

No middlemen

No trading company, no sourcing agent, no factory you never get to see. You are talking to the manufacturer, which is also who answers when something needs fixing.

02

One container

Tiles, cabinetry and windows consolidate into the same shipment — one bill of lading, one arrival date to plan the trades around.

03

Finishes chosen together

Stone, cabinet door and frame colour selected as a set against physical samples, not matched from three different screens months apart.

04

One point of contact

A single coordinator covers your whole order in English, French or Chinese — through design, production photos, shipping and anything afterwards.

Buying one line only is completely fine Plenty of our customers take tiles and nothing else, or windows for one project. The three-line option is there when it helps — it is not a condition of working with us.

Before you enquire

Two things worth reading first.

How we work

Six steps

The whole sequence from first enquiry to the container — when the deposit is due, when the samples go out, and the real lead time for each of the three lines.

Who we are

Thirty years of manufacturing, three plants, and an open invitation to come and walk through all of them.
