Deposit & design
Design work starts once a deposit is in. Your rooms come back as a drawing set with 3D renders — surface setting-out, cabinet elevations, and a window schedule listing each opening and its type. Revised until you are happy with it.
3D renders within 1 week
You receive- —CAD drawings and 3D renders
- —Itemised specification per room
- —Revisions until you sign the drawings off
Colour cards & samples
Once the renders are approved, physical samples and colour cards go out — stone, board and door chips, and frame colours. Chosen against each other in daylight rather than across three screens, and against a design you have already seen.

You receive- —Sample box and finish library
- —Sample and freight cost credited back against the order when you proceed
Confirmation
You approve the final drawing set and the itemised packing list. That signed set is exactly what we build — nothing is substituted without asking you first. The balance is settled in full before production begins.

Production
Tiles in stock ship as soon as the order is confirmed. Cabinetry is nested, cut, edged and drilled on our HOMAG lines. Windows are cut, assembled and glazed. You get photographs of your actual goods, not stock images of somebody else's order.

Inspection & shipping
Everything is checked against the signed specification, photographed, labelled by room and loaded. You are welcome to send your own inspector, or come yourself — we will arrange access at any point in the process.
